BBQH Ltd. is a family run business. In 2010, Black Bear Homes consisted of father and son team, Leo Heidt & Shaun Heidt. When Leo Heidt retired in January 2014,     Black Bear Quality Homes Ltd. was created and currently consists of the husband and wife team of Shaun Heidt & Corrine Ruth-Irvine.
Every effort is given to ensure quality is achieved and maintained. Both owners have a hands-on approach and are directly involved in all aspects of homebuilding and design standards. Attention to detail is paramount and expectations are upheld when it comes to all development and finishing work.

Black Bear Quality Homes Ltd. is a member of the Progressive Home Warranty Program. What this means is an assurance from us that your new home is reliable and free from known defects. If any defects are discovered, the builder will, without charge, repair or replace any inconsistencies which arise within a given period under certain conditions. This coverage is mandatory.
Currently, BBQH Ltd. is an approved builder member with Progressive Home Warranty and we provide a Single Family Home Warranty and personal guarantee that includes:
